ASI Demonstrates New Technology and Services at 2006 CustomerContactCenter and Claims Conference

ROCKVILLE, Md. (March 7, 2006) – ASI will showcase its state-of-the-art Advanced Customer Service Application (CSA) designed to optimize productivity and enhance customer satisfaction at the 2006 Customer Contact Center and Claims Conference, March 5-8, 2006 at The Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah.

ASI will preview and offer demonstrations of its Advanced CSA at booth #512 during the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association-sponsored conference. Advanced CSA is an integrated customer service and workflow tool that provides automated support across all departments, streamlining an organization’s ability to respond to members, providers, employers and brokers.
