and Workflow Solution at BCBSA Conference ROCKVILLE, Md. (March 7, 2006) – ASI will showcase its state-of-the-art Advanced Customer Service Application (CSA) designed to optimize productivity and enhance customer satisfaction at the 2006 Customer Contact Center and Claims Conference, March 5-8, 2006 at The Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah. ASI will preview and offer demonstrations of its Advanced CSA at booth #512 during the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association-sponsored conference.
