Using InfoSTEPP, you can determine which groups to focus on to assure retention, which providers need education to reduce costs, and which contract rates and premiums should be used for renewals.

InfoSTEPP replicates the healthcare administration system into a coherent, normalized, and easily-maintained Microsoft SQL Server database ideally suited for reporting and allows you to aggregate and summarize your data into a limitless number of views and output formats.

Users can employ any ODBC-compliant report writing tool to access data and create reports. With InfoSTEPP you can export your data into a variety of formats for ease of use and deployment, including Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Access databases, HTML reports, mail merge files, charts and presentations, etc.

With InfoSTEPP, ad hoc and other reports can be designed and generated faster, with more customization and less programming than with other tools. InfoSTEPP allows users with limited technical knowledge to update data tables using a "point-and-click" interface for maintenance activities and to run data loads and updates.
