Defining the CDH Movement
DST Health Solutions (DSTHS) established its foothold in the CDH market in 2000 when healthcare consumerism was in its infancy. It was then that the nation’s first CDH plans selected DSTHS (formerly ASI - Amisys Synertec, Inc.) to provide the critical software and services needed to succeed in this growing, dynamic market. DSTHS supported the earliest consumer-directed healthcare innovators in defining the CDH movement. By February 2003, DSTHS was the first application services provider and business process outsourcer to support more than 100,00 CDH members. Exceeding industry research projections of steady growth in the consumerism market, our CDH membership continued to grow.

Today, DSTHS is the most experienced CDH outsourcer in the nation and currently administers consumer-directed programs for more than 450,000 lives. Our consumer-directed healthcare solutions have grown in parallel with the market itself.
