2006 ACG International Risk Adjustment Conference

Registration

To register for the conference, please fill out the following. Register by 5 p.m. EST, August 4, 2006, to take advantage of our discounted registration fee of $525.00. After 5 p.m. EST, August 4, 2006, the fee is $600.00. The cutoff date for all conference registrations is September 8, 2006.

Registration fees include all conference materials and publications; the Sunday night reception; and the Monday night dinner. Breakfast on Monday and Tuesday and lunch on Monday are also included.

After you register for the conference through this website, you will receive a confirmation email that will include an invoice for your conference fees. The invoice will allow you to pay by either check or credit card. Johns Hopkins accepts MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

PLEASE NOTE: You must make your own hotel reservations by visiting the General Information page of the meeting website.
