Conference Registration Fees

Registration begins February 1, 2008
Fees for the conference are:

• Presenters $450
  (All other attendees from the organization that is presenting receive the discounted rate too.)

• Early Registration $600
  Early Registration ends March 28, 2008

• Standard Registration Fee $750
  After March 28, 2008

• Group Discount Fee – Pay for 3 attendees and the 4th attendee if free

• Social Function Guest Registration - $50

Full registration fees cover admission to all conference sessions and conference-hosted evening events, as well as daily breakfast, lunch, and snacks as provided.

The Social Function Guest fee covers admission to all social events only.

Hotel Reservations and Information

A block of rooms at the Mirage Hotel and Casino is available for the conference at a special daily rate of $219 plus tax ($249 for May 3 - the conference rate is SOLD OUT for Saturday night), per night for single or double occupancy. Hotel reservations must be made by March 28, 2008. After that date rooms will be based upon availability and prevailing room rates.

Based upon availability, the special conference rate will be offered three nights after the conference (May 7, 8, 9).

Hotel reservations may be made through Mirage reservations by calling 800-499-6311.  To receive the discounted rate, please refer to code “HELTHCA” when making your reservations.

A valid credit card number is required for all hotel reservations. The Mirage accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, and Discover.

Hotel Cancellations: You must cancel your hotel reservations by calling the Mirage no later than 24 hours prior to your arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty (equivalent to one night room and tax.)

The closest airport to the Mirage is McCarran International Airport (LAS), which is approximately 5 miles from the hotel.  Traffic on “the strip” is notoriously heavy at all hours of the day and night so a taxi or shuttle service is recommended. 

Taxi service (one way) $15, approximately 20 minute drive
Shuttle service (one way) $6-8/per person, approx. 45 minutes (multiple stops) (available at airport ground transportation)

Parking
There is no charge for parking at the Mirage hotel and both self serve and valet parking are available.

Conference Attire

Business casual attire is appropriate for all meetings. Meeting rooms may be cool at times, so bring a light jacket. Evening events are casual.
